As a Dermatology Registrar at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and a Content Creator at @drsundipkaur, I combine my clinical expertise and passion for education to deliver evidence-based content on skin, women's health, and parenthood for social media audiences. I am interested in the applications and implications of machine learning and artificial intelligence within healthcare, and I enjoy critically appraising health data and research. With 7 years of clinical experience, I have developed strong skills in critical thinking, communication, and organization. I have also demonstrated leadership and innovation in various roles and projects, such as creating and nationally presenting a healthcare improvement projects. I have also been a Doctor Lead, managing doctor rotas, leave, and liaison with senior management. I hold a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery - MBChB from the University of Warwick and a Physiology and Pharmacology BSc from the University of Leicester.

Nationally presented a care improvement project looking at constipation in Orthogeriatrics, at the National British Geriatrics Society Spring Conference โ22. After analysing EHR data a new guideline was created to encourage use of an underutilised laxative (Naloxegol). Interventions lead to a 1.5 day reduction in constipated days and a 3-fold increase in the use of Naloxegol. Junior Doctor Lead - managing doctor rotas, leave and liaison with senior management. Created and lead a teaching programme aimed to familiarise students and doctors with emergencies they will encounter on-call. After 2 cycles it is now available on YouTube for future cohorts. This programme was chosen for presentation at the Royal College of Physicians Regional Conference โ21. Worked with dermatology department on publications, RCT looking at Tranexamic acid for melasma and case reports.
