As a London-based FY1 doctor with a background in quality improvement and research, I am dedicated to developing technology-driven solutions to positively impact patients and healthcare professionals, actively upskilling to excel as a clinician within the healthtech space.

Strong communication skills which I've developed through medical school and working as a foundation doctor where I have interacted and engaged with not only patients, but also the wider healthcare team and senior management. Tech-minded: - Led the creation of a digital wiki platform for my cohort of FY1s to collaboratively share information and tips for each rotation (re-auditing April 2023) - Bitelabs healthtech and innovation fellowship inaugural cohort, where in a small team we developed a concept for a medication monitoring app, I created user research surveys and questionnaires & responsible for creating low- and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma - Webflow 101 Certification - Clinical Safety Officer Essentials training Research skills: - Various urology-based research projects including assisting in Clinical trial implementation, where I built a strong understanding of key clinical trial guidelines and documentations including MHRA, local ethics approval standards, GCP and trial documentation (IRAS) - Experience with Data collection methods using EPR and creation of datasets - Experience in creating and presenting academic posters at both national and international level Strong leadership skills: - Foundation year 1 doctor representation & mess representative -Led a surgical mentorship scheme whilst at Medical school across a variety of London hospitals, comprising 50 medical students assigned to a surgical trainee to increase surgical exposure - Completed Leadership through Education for Excellent Patient Care LEEP blocks 1-3) I am organized and reliable with deadlines, throughout my degrees I have successfully managed tight deadlines whilst working in a variety of jobs including within a nursing home, a tea-shop in borough market, asa a COVID-19 vaccinator, a mathematics tutor and even working in an ice cream shop!
